Confederation history maple T-PEI9

Often referred to as the Birthplace of Confederation, Prince Edward Island hosted the Charlottetown Conference in 1864, where discussions began that would eventually lead to the creation of Canada. This design captures that defining moment through classic architecture, coastal scenery, and vintage map elements layered within Canada’s iconic maple leaf.
